If you reach out through my contact form, I only collect what you give me—typically your name, email, and any details you share to help me follow up with you. I use that info strictly to respond to your inquiry or provide the services you've requested.  I don’t sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. I may use basic, anonymous analytics to see how people are finding and using the site (so I can make it better).

Terms & Conditions (Working Together)

By using this site, booking my services, or purchasing a product, you’re agreeing to the following:

• Scope of Work: Every project or service starts with a clear agreement. If you need extras along the way, we’ll adjust the plan and cost as needed.

• Payment Terms: Payment is due as agreed upon—invoices may require deposits or full payment upfront for certain services or products.

• Reschedules & Cancellations: Life happens. Just give me a reasonable heads-up. I may charge for time already invested if a project is canceled mid-way.

• Ownership: You fully own the deliverables once payment is complete. I may show off non-confidential work in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise.

• Professional Boundaries: I work hard to provide a respectful, supportive experience. If a situation becomes toxic, unsafe, or misaligned, I reserve the right to end the engagement.

Disclaimers (Quick Legal Reminder)

• Coaching & Consulting: Everything I share is based on my real-world experience. It’s not legal, financial, or medical advice—and final decisions are always yours.

• Digital Products: These are sold as-is. I do my best to deliver high-quality tools and resources, but I can't guarantee specific results.

• AI Use: I may use AI tools like ChatGPT to support content creation, automation, and brainstorming—but every piece of work is reviewed, customized, and finalized by me. You're still getting a real human (hi!) doing thoughtful work for your brand.

• U.S. Only: I serve clients in the United States, with a primary focus on Maine-based individuals and small businesses. International services are not currently available.

• Force Majeure: If something unexpected (like tech failures, emergencies, or acts of nature) gets in the way of service delivery, I’ll communicate quickly and work to make things right—but I can’t be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside my control.

Refund Policy (Let’s Be Clear)

Because I offer personalized services and digital products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. That means no refunds once a project has started or a digital product has been delivered.

That said, I care deeply about the quality of my work and your experience. If something feels off or you have concerns, please reach out within 7 days of delivery—we’ll talk it through and see what can be done.
